Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us:A litigation boutique is adding a mid to senior IP litigator who can step in, take ownership, and move matters forward without needing constant direction. This role involves hands on responsibility across patent and IP disputes in federal court, including drafting briefs and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, working closely with technical experts, supporting PTAB proceedings when they run in parallel, and helping shape case strategy from early evaluation through trial prep, all while communicating directly with clients and keeping things efficient and drama free. Prior experience with PTAB work, technical subject matter, trial exposure, or a clerkship is helpful but not required

Job DetailsQualifications:
- Mid to senior level IP litigation experience, patent experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, strong judgment, strong follow through
- Comfortable owning a workstream and being accountable for outcomes
- Experience in any combination of motion practice, discovery, depositions, experts, and hearing prep
- Someone who works well in a lean team where the work is shared and the credit is too
