Mandatory Requirements
- Master''s degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field with seven (7) years of progressively responsible administrative or managerial experience in healthcare, public administration, finance, personnel and labor relations, or a related functional discipline; or
- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university with eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative or managerial experience in healthcare, public administration, finance, personnel and labor relations, or a related functional discipline; or
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure delivery and large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience conducting organizational assessments, developing strategic technology roadmaps, and leading governance initiatives.
- Strong experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, ROI analysis, and operational reporting.
- Ability to lead organizational change, technology adoption, and enterprise-wide infrastructure modernization.
Desired
- Experience serving as a HIMSS INFRAM subject matter expert or leading HIMSS Infrastructure Adoption Model (INFRAM) assessments.
- Experience implementing AI/ML-enabled technologies within healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure, clinical systems integration, and value-based care initiatives.
- Experience creating executive dashboards, real-time reporting, and data visualization for strategic decision-making.
- Experience leading enterprise governance committees, technology standardization, and organizational training initiatives.
