Experience: 10+ years QA, with 3+ years as QA/Test Lead

Must-Have Skills:

Strong QA Lead / Test Lead experience — leadership is mandatory.
8+ years QA experience with 3+ years leading QA teams/projects.
Enterprise Data & Integration testing experience.
Strong SQL and data validation skills.
Hands-on API / Web Services / Integration testing.
Data transformation, mapping, reconciliation, and end-to-end workflow testing.
Strong test automation experience — critical requirement.
Ability to build/scale API, integration, regression, and data-validation automation.
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to lead multiple initiatives.

Good to Have:

Healthcare / Pharmacy / regulated industry experience.
