Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications, including responsive user interfaces and server-side functionality.
- Design and maintain databases, APIs, and application integrations while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, project stakeholders, designers, and developers to understand requirements and implement complex technical solutions.
- Perform application testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance improvements while exploring AI and generative AI capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in full-stack software development, including Python, PySpark, SQL Server, Kubernetes, and web application development.

Technical Skills
|
Python, PySpark, SQL Server, Kubernetes, Full Stack Development, REST APIs, Web Application Development, GenAI Prompt Engineering

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
