Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop complex full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support development standards and best practices.
- Develop and evaluate new technical capabilities, including AI and generative AI solutions, to enhance enterprise applications.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in full-stack Java development, including enterprise application development, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, and modern AI technologies.

|
Technical Skills
|
Full Stack Java, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, GenAI Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, Agile Development

Business / Domain Skills
|
