Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading a complex business and technology transformation initiative that will drive operational efficiency, automation, process modernization, and AI-enabled business capabilities. This role serves as the primary liaison between business operations, technology teams, analytics organizations, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, solution readiness activities, and business adoption efforts involving process transformation, systems modernization, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps
* Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Facilitate governance reviews, executive steering committees, and status reporting
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
* Coordinate activities across multiple business units and technology organizations
* Lead organizational process improvement and transformation initiative
* Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization
* Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future-state operating models
* Evaluate impacts to people, processes, technology, and performance measures

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
