Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Manager.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure. This role manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence. The Project Manager serves as the primary coordination point between clients, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that achieve defined business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
* 3-6- years of project management experience delivering technology projects
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches
* Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
* Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
* Experience within a technology consulting, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
