Pay Range: $19 -$20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; [ “Field Service", "Desktop Support”, “Laptop & Desktop Repair", "Printer Support", "Break/Fix”, “Hardware Troubleshooting", "End-User Support"]
- Must have good admin and organizational skills.
- This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network.
- Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
- Technician will travel to each client’s location. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server, and Printer.
- Works under general supervision. Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Following Written Instructions and Critical Thinking for Troubleshooting
- M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch.
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
- Will there be shift differentials? No
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? Preferably 2 but not necessary
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A certification required within 6 months of hire.
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50-100
