Location: Los Alamitos, CA

Duration: 12 Months with possible extensions

Seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to support our migration from ECC to S/4HANA (Brownfield ++ Implementation, On Prem at own Hyperscaler). The Implementation includes USA and Canada and 8 countries across Latin America including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico as major regional hubs.

This role requires strong delivery leadership, excellent communication skills, strong business partnership, and the ability to manage, drive and deliver Functional Teams deliverables aligned with project plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FI/CO delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration.
• Drive Design/BP Phase design deliverables and sessions with the Business
• Drive Configuration, data, process systems setup activities aligned with Biz requirements and importantly aligned with SAP standard best practices with minimum deviations.
• Drive functional specs and collaboration with technical teams for RICEF delivery
• Drive quality assurance and Test Execution in partnership with the Business and Technical go live readiness activities in area.
• Engage in data migrations, reporting, and analytics efforts in area.
• Issues resolution, decision support, communications, status reporting, and escalations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience; Brownfield migration experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong people and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-team SAP solutions in area.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integration with other processes and systems.

Notes:

• Candidate has to be a senior SAP FICO Lead (MUST)
• It is a hybrid role with 3 days a week being on site at Los Alamitos, CA
• 10+ year lead candidate who has been a Functional Lead on 2-3 Brown Field Migrations atleast
• Must have strong Comm Skills and an ability to listen to the business, understand the business objectives and also explain nuances of S/4 FICO (changes from ECC to S/4) so that the Business has a good understanding of what’s coming.
