Job Description:

Seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to support our migration from ECC to S/4HANA (Brownfield ++ Implementation, On Prem at own Hyperscaler). The Implementation includes USA and Canada and 8 countries across Latin America including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico as major regional hubs.
 Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP project management experience; Brownfield migration experience is a must.

Strong people and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-team SAP solutions in area.

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integration with other processes and systems.

Notes:

Candidate has to be a senior SAP FICO Lead (MUST)

It is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week being on site at Los Alamitos, CA

10+ year lead candidate who has been a Functional Lead on 2-3 Brown Field Migrations atleast

Must have strong Comm Skills and an ability to listen to the business, understand the business objectives and also explain nuances of S/4 FICO (changes from ECC to S/4) so that the Business has a good understanding of what s coming.
