Job Title: Oracle ERP Finance Lead (EBS R12 Support & Transformation)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Lead to serve as the Functional Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS R12 Finance support and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Financials, Costing, Inventory, and WIP, along with deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

This role will partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and implementation teams to support Oracle ERP solutions, optimize business processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

Oracle ERP Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
Expertise in Oracle Financial Modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
Strong experience with:
- Costing
- Inventory Management
- Work in Process (WIP)
Experience supporting Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Oracle ERP Finance Support

Serve as the Finance Functional Lead and Oracle ERP SME
Support and optimize Oracle EBS R12 Finance processes
Ensure stable and compliant operation of Oracle Financial modules

Finance Process Leadership

Lead finance workstreams across implementation and support phases
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions
Align Oracle ERP capabilities with business and compliance requirements

Costing, Inventory & WIP

Provide functional leadership for:
- Cost Accounting
- Inventory Transactions
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Manufacturing Finance Processes
Support process optimization and issue resolution

Data Migration & Testing

Lead finance-related:
- Data Mapping
- Data Validation
- Reconciliation Activities
- Issue Resolution
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management

Stakeholder & Change Management

Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners
Support training development and end-user adoption
Manage risks, dependencies, and decision-making processes

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with:
- Internal Controls
- Audit Requirements
- Financial Governance Standards
Support audit readiness and reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
CPA, CMA, or Accounting Certification preferred
Experience in Oracle ERP implementation and transformation programs
Experience with manufacturing finance environments
Knowledge of Oracle integrations, reporting tools, and data conversion processes
