DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AV / Collaboration Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and standardization of conference room and workplace technology across a growing, multi-site environment.
This role serves as a subject matter expert for AV systems and collaboration platforms, owning the full lifecycle of meeting room technology and helping scale a consistent, high-quality user experience across facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, and support conference room AV and collaboration systems
- Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across audio, video, networking, and conferencing platforms
- Standardize room designs, hardware, and user experiences across locations
- Partner with IT, facilities, and vendors to deliver AV solutions at scale
- Manage lifecycle activities including upgrades, refreshes, and documentation
- Support hybrid meeting environments and BYOD configurations
- Ensure optimal performance and user adoption of collaboration tools
Core Skills- Conference room support and workplace technology
- AV hardware, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
- Poly (Polycom) conferencing systems
- Audiovisual systems and integrations
- BYOD and hybrid meeting environments
Qualifications- 3-7+ years of AV / collaboration technology experience
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or supporting conference room AV systems
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Poly (Polycom) solutions
- Experience supporting multi-platform conferencing environments (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Understanding of AV hardware, signal flow, room design, and integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot complex AV and conferencing issues across hardware and software
- Experience in enterprise or multi-site AV deployments
- Exposure to AV lifecycle management and standardization initiatives
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, connectivity, troubleshooting as it relates to AV systems)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
