Summary

Job Description:
TEKsystems is partnering with a local client to support their continued business growth by adding a new member to their Service Support team.
In this role, you'll be a key contributor in delivering advanced technical support and creating a seamless experience for end users. You'll take ownership of complex technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
You'll also play a role in supporting team development and contributing to ongoing projects-making this a well-rounded, growth-oriented position.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a go-to support resource by monitoring incoming requests and quickly identifying and diagnosing issues
  • Resolve technical incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following established procedures
  • Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across multiple channels (phone, chat, ticketing systems), escalating when appropriate
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
  • Identify root causes and implement both temporary workarounds and long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with Business Technology teams to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Contribute to project efforts including planning, requirements gathering, and pre-launch support readiness
  • Participate in training initiatives and assist in mentoring other Service Analysts
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a strong internal knowledge base
  • Proactively follow up with users to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts in a way that is easy for end users to understand

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
