Job Description:

Seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA technologies and be able to deliver high-quality, efficient automation solutions supporting the Accounting and Finance Division.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Deploy RPA bots and support monitoring and maintenance for operational stability.
• Ensure development and documentation are in line with Sox controls and Toyota governance.
• Document process details and ensure that all tasks are well documented.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting for the deployed RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with BA and stakeholders to ensure the implementation of RPA solutions according to business needs.
• Ensure the quality of the system through rigorous testing methods and Toyota best practices.
• Provide continuous advice and best practices to improve and optimize the RPA strategy.
• Available for after hours and weekend support during limited business critical times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Required Automation Developer Professional Certificate from UiPath.
• Proven experience with UiPath and RPA development.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts and other stakeholders.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using UiPath and other RPA tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with process documentation and creating detailed functional design documents.
• Basic knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in data analytics and workflow design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in integrating RPA systems with existing applications and databases.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft applications.
• Understanding user experience design and ensuring automated processes provide good user experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel macros, Visual Basic, Alteryx and Power BI.
