Job Title- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant SIOP / IBP
Location- Fully Remote
Duration- Long Term, Project
Start Date- ASAP
Travel: 25 50% to Parsippany, NJ HQ or other designated sites (PAID)
Please note: Sometimes the IBP module specifically is hard to find in an OCM consultant. You could use SIOP as a tag word. Most people will have the OTC, PTP, Planning for Orders on their resumes if they have these skills.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to support a large-scale business transformation initiative for our client. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end exposure across Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), with strong functional understanding of Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Produce (PTP Manufacturing), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support OCM activities across SIOP-driven transformation initiatives
- Partner with business and functional teams to drive adoption across planning, manufacturing, and order management processes
- Support change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies
- Work across interconnected business processes including Order to Cash (OTC) and Plan to Produce (PTP)
- Collaborate with planning, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) principles
- Help bridge functional and process changes across planning, execution, and operations
- Support user readiness and post-go-live adoption efforts
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong experience in Organizational Change Management for enterprise transformation programs
- Hands-on exposure to SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) initiatives
Functional understanding of:
- Order to Cash (OTC)
- Plan to Produce (PTP / Manufacturing)
- Planning for Orders and supply-demand alignment
- Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts (direct module experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work across multiple, interconnected business domains rather than a single functional area
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ERP or planning system implementations
- Prior consulting experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning transformations
- Familiarity with cross-functional planning models and end-to-end business processes
