Position Overview

Seeking an experienced NICE Actimize Architect to design, implement, integrate, and optimize financial crime compliance solutions. The role will focus on AML transaction monitoring, case management, system architecture, data integration, and platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for NICE Actimize AML and financial crime management platforms.
• Lead solution design, implementation, configuration, upgrades, and production support.
• Design and optimize transaction monitoring rules, scenarios, thresholds, and workflows.
• Work with Actimize modules such as SAM, ActOne, CDD/KYC, and related financial crime solutions, as applicable.
• Design data feeds, ETL pipelines, interfaces, and integrations with banking systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and database processes.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, availability, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with AML/BSA business teams, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation documentation, and continuous platform improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in NICE Actimize architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and financial crime compliance systems.
• Experience with Actimize modules such as SAM, ActOne, CDD/KYC, RCM, or IFM, depending on project requirements.
• Strong SQL, database design, data integration, and ETL experience.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations, APIs, and scalable application architectures.
• Knowledge of AML/BSA processes, transaction monitoring, alert management, and case management.
• Experience with production support, upgrades, deployments, and performance tuning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with Actimize modernization, migration, and version upgrades.
• Knowledge of sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with business and vendor stakeholders.
