About the Role

We are hiring Data Center Technicians (L1 & L2) to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is open to both:

Entry-level candidates looking to break into data centers (L1)
Experienced technicians with hands-on hardware experience (L2)

You'll be responsible for supporting server and network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring reliable operations across the site.

Responsibilities

Install, rack, and deploy server and network hardware
Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacements
Support cabling (copper/fiber), labeling, and connectivity checks
Assist with network troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
Monitor systems and respond to operational tickets
Escalate issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed
Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
Follow standard operating procedures in a 24/7 production environment

Qualifications

For L1 (Entry-Level)

Associate's degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong interest in data centers, IT, or hardware
Basic understanding of computer hardware or networking
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

For L2 (Experienced)

~1+ year experience in a data center or similar environment
Experience troubleshooting server hardware (POST, BIOS, etc.)
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, cabling)
Familiarity with Linux (basic commands/navigation)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with hardware, IT support, or infrastructure environments
Experience in high-availability or production environments
Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
Exposure to large-scale or hyperscale data centers

Shift

12-hour shifts
4 days on / 4 days off
Rotating day and night shifts

Additional Info

This is a hands-on, onsite role in a live data center environment
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active setting
