Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Data Insights to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex business requirements and data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define KPIs and metrics, analyze data trends, and communicate insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and validation.
- Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data requirements.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data governance.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting is a plus.
- Experience in a specific industry such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Telecom is preferred.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
