Job Title: Claude Engineer

End Client Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite / Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Claude, Copilot, and UiPath
• Build end-to-end intelligent workflows combining:
  • LLM capabilities (reasoning, summarization, extraction)
  • RPA for system execution
• Develop and integrate MCP-based architectures for:
  • Context sharing between tools and AI models
  • Secure and scalable tool usage by LLMs
• Create and manage MCP servers/tools for enterprise integrations
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for structured outputs
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and automation workflows
• Implement document processing and data extraction pipelines
• Ensure solution quality through:
  • Deidentification / PII Masking
  • Validation logic
  • Exception handling
  • Human-in-the-loop processes where required
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and cost (tokens / AI units)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Claude (prompting, API integration)
  • Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, plugins)
  • UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, automation design)
• Strong experience with:
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Building and consuming MCP servers/tools
• Strong understanding of:
  • Generative AI / LLM concepts
  • Prompt engineering and structured outputs (JSON)
  • RPA and workflow orchestration
• Programming experience in:
  • Python / .NET / JavaScript
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

Good to Have:

• Experience with:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
  • Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock
• Exposure to:
  • UiPath Document Understanding
  • AI-driven document processing and OCR
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance (healthcare/finance preferred)
