Title: HRIS Analyst/HR Time Management Analyst
Location: Fully Remote (USA Consultants only)
Job Description
Supports the Time and Attendance system eTime/UKG Prof WFM for the North America employee population, serving approximately 15k end users. Provides end-user support via ServiceNow ticketing system, completes all historical time edits, and executes time file close procedures in support of payroll close cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain incoming request in Service Now ticket system.
• Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave.
• Complete accrual updates requested by HR.
• Generate and create ad hoc reports as requested.
• Complete mass group edits as needed.
• Troubleshoot access issues sent in by employee, managers.
• Pay period close procedures - Sign off and produce SAP timefiles for Payroll.
• Keep necessary documentation to stay SOX compliant.
• Maintain queries from call center phones.
• Be the liaison between HR and Superusers for enhancements.
• Works with end users and provide training as needed.
• Performs audits.
Key Skills:
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required (eTime/Kronos-UKG Pro WFM/Time and Labor preferred)
• Strong Customer Support Excellence skills focusing on:
• Delivering support within agreed timelines to high standard
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
• Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
