The Benefits Specialist supports the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs, serving as a key point of contact for employees and vendors. This role assists with health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave of absence administration, employee communications, data management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build expertise in employee benefits and total rewards.
Skills:
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employee benefits administration.
Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with benefit vendors and third-party administrators.

Education:
