It encompasses surgical set-assembly, processing inventory returns, answering telephones, maintaining a loaner system, answering customer inquiries, and various shipping and receiving functions. Section Title: How You'll Create Impact How You'll Create Impact Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. Manage merchandise within warehouse; including packing, pulling, shipping and receiving products. Assemble Medical equipment and implant sets ensuring accurate product transfer within a systematic timeframe. Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise. Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as processing credits or adjusting bills. Routine cycle-counts and audits of Biomet Microfixation inventory. Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Operate and maintain Autoclave processes and functions; sterilize all incoming product. Review documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials. Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.
