Description
We are looking for an experienced Workfront Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. While this is a remote role, CST or EST (Atlanta) is preferred. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of marketing and web development projects, ensuring seamless workflow management and timely delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in enterprise-level project management tools and marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple marketing campaigns and web development projects.
Utilize enterprise-level project management tools, such as Workfront, to set up and manage project workflows.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage timelines and resources for a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from single-page deliverables to complex web development initiatives.
Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks to keep deliverables on schedule.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project workflows and outcomes.
Conduct regular updates and reporting to keep leadership informed of project statuses.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project execution.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital project management, preferably within marketing and web development.
Deep experience and proficiency in using Workfront.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
