Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Enterprise Readiness Lead, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change, and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Readiness Planning and Execution
Lead end-to-end readiness activities for assigned initiatives (e.g., Impact Assessments, Health-Gate checks and readiness checkpoints and Go/No-Go Sessions)
Facilitate readiness forums and weekly meetings to align key members, stakeholders, and escalate risks
Risk and Issue Management
Act as a neutral mediator and "positive agitator" to surface risks and dependencies early
Gather, synthesize, and communicate risks/issues to leadership for timely resolution
Cross-Functional Coordination
Bridge "run" and "change" work by collaborating with program managers, functional leads, and operational teams
Ensure readiness inputs are integrated into planning and execution across horizontals and verticals
Standards and Governance
Apply enterprise readiness frameworks and minimum standards to assigned programs/projects
Monitor adherence to readiness go-live standards and approvals, including change management activities
Communication and Reporting
Provide consistent reporting on readiness progress and risks to executive leadership
Maintain transparency through communication plans and readiness dashboards
Qualifications:
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyze complex dependencies and drive data-informed decisions
Expertise in risk management and change readiness frameworks
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Strong problem-solving skills/negotiation and decision making
Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Analytical thinker
Ability to affect people positively
Experience with successful implementations of complex program/projects
Project Management (certification or relevant job experience preferable)
Agile experience a plus
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
