Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a cross-functional Agile Scrum team supporting digital healthcare products and mobile applications.
The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, technology, UX, QA, and product teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-value digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create and manage Agile/Scrum team backlogs and support prioritization and refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop use cases, process documentation, and functional requirements.
- Support UAT, deployment, and business readiness activities.
- Facilitate meetings and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in an Agile/Scrum enterprise environment
- Experience working with multiple mobile applications
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story writing skills
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare or benefits administration experience
- Experience with digital product development
- Experience with web application architecture and deployment
- CBAP or CSPO certification
