Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support organizational decision-making.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions.
- Develop and support workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Integrate, transform, and model data from multiple enterprise data sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, documentation, governance, and enhancements for reporting and analytics solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data visualization, or process automation solutions.

- Experience supporting operational reporting and business performance initiatives.
