A well-established national homebuilding company focused on delivering modern digital experiences across its customer and operational platforms is hiring a Dynamics CRM Engineer to join their team in Pomona, CA. This role centers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating with web CMS platforms and enterprise systems, leveraging technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, Power Platform, and cloud-based services. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid opportunity (2 days/week onsite in Pomona, CA)
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of CRM development, enterprise architecture, and cloud integration, supporting critical business systems across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is a versatile CRM Engineer with 5+ years of experience who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with data, web, and business stakeholders to drive impactful solutions. You'll gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale Dynamics environments, cloud technologies, and modernization initiatives while playing a key role in enhancing CRM functionality, system integrations, and overall operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365, C#, and .NET development
- Strong experience with CRM design, support, and implementation
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud services
- Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex system environments
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience with Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, and Entra
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Office 365 integrations
- Experience with CMS integrations and web application development
- Understanding of system architecture and application delivery technologies
