Job Description

• We have an exciting opportunity that requires expertise in End User Computing with OT experience and a solid understanding of HLD and LLD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement EUC solutions for OT and enterprise environments
• Develop and maintain HLD and LLD documentation aligned with business and technical requirements
• Support OT environments, including industrial workstations, shop-floor systems, and connected devices
• Manage and support Windows OS, desktop applications, and peripheral devices
• Ensure EUC solutions comply with OT security, governance, and compliance standards
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and OT teams to integrate EUC solutions
• Troubleshoot complex EUC and OT-related incidents and performance issues
• Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of EUC assets
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and change management processes
• Provide operational support and documentation for ongoing EUC services

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in End User Computing (EUC) support and design
• Hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments
• Solid understanding of HLD and LLD preparation and review
• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
• Knowledge of OT security principles and segregation between IT and OT networks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
