Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced End User Computing (EUC) professional with Operational Technology (OT) experience to support and design enterprise and industrial end-user environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong documentation skills, and hands-on experience working in regulated or industrial settings.

Given the niche nature of EUC within OT environments, we are open to reviewing strong, relevant profiles that align closely with the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for EUC solutions
• Support and manage EUC platforms in OT/industrial environments (manufacturing, utilities, mining, energy, etc.)
• Collaborate with OT, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with OT security, safety, and operational standards
• Troubleshoot complex EUC issues impacting operational systems
• Lead or contribute to EUC modernization and standardization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing (desktop, VDI, application delivery, device management)
• Proven experience working in OT environments or industrial IT/OT integrated systems
• Strong expertise in HLD and LLD documentation
• Experience with enterprise EUC tools (e.g., VDI, MDM, endpoint security, patching)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work onsite in Saskatoon

• Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure environments
• Certifications in EUC, infrastructure, or OT security
