Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and support the delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

  • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and track issues.

  • Identify process improvements and communicate project updates.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience with UAT.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
