Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities;
- Core focus is financial operations processing — primarily claims, chargebacks, and invoice
- Mostly claims-related, including chargebacks tied to invoices
- Requires close coordination with the sales team to gather and align information
- Background preference leans toward finance or economics-focused candidates
- On prior FP&A/financial ops experience (invoicing, billing, accounting).
- Financial operations is the fundamental basis of the role, with scope potentially expanding based on candidate ability and interest
- Room for the role to grow into broader financial/business analytics work overtime
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Excel — mandatory, heavy day- to day usage:
- Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP as baseline fundamentals;
- Power Query, automated templates, and SOP-building considered a plus
- SQL — plus, not mandatory
- Business analytics mindset — helpful, not required
