Our West Coast Healthcare client is seeking a
Senior ERP Portfolio Manager to lead strategic oversight and governance of the Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling portfolio following the CS-Unify go-live.
This role ensures enterprise alignment, effective prioritization, and measurable business value across ERP programs and projects. The Senior ERP Portfolio Manager partners with executive stakeholders, EIS leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage roadmap execution, portfolio performance, resource planning, and financial oversight. This role has an initial duration of 6-months.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain the multi-year ERP roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities
- Lead portfolio governance, intake, and prioritization processes
- Oversee resource forecasting, demand management, and financial tracking
- Monitor portfolio health, KPIs, risks, and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT
Qualifications- Significant experience managing large-scale ERP portfolios (Oracle Cloud and/or UKG preferred)
- Strong governance, financial management, and executive reporting expertise
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives
