Menu & Innovation Contractor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Menu & Innovation Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all product optimization projects - from brief development to project execution, testing and reporting; This work will involve collaborating with key partners in culinary, supply chain and operations, including franchisees
* Lead and manage all product testing projects - from brief development to project execution, marketing/creative development, testing, and reporting
* Lead and manage all LTO/product launches, focused on IPA development and financial forecasting in partnership with Culinary, Marketing, and Supply Chain, as well as tracking DC arrival/timely launch with supply chain
* Lead Cake and Novelty highlights for campaign windows, in partnership with Training and Culinary
* Partner with Marketing for menu board revamp project as it relates to menu insights and updates, communications to the system, coordination with co-brand team, etc.
* Available for marketing team touchpoints as menu, innovation and optimization projects go live and enter the GTM process
* Lead and execute monthly CBO menu and innovation updates on all projects and initiatives
* Lead and execute bi-weekly cross-functional team meetings, updating key partners on status of all projects
* Attend Menu and Innovation meetings and share out updates with marketing and CBO
* Cascade any updates that impact marketing and/or operations for system communications
* Maintaining trackers and project updates
* Maintaining updates for the At Risk Bi-Weekly Communication
* Partner with CBO and Marketing Manager on brand project
* Partner with Marketing team on 2026 annual planning as it relates to finalizing product offerings

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
