Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration and partnership with program management/program leadership, ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly milestones are met.
- Ensure risks are identified and worked to completion.
- Accomplish the success of projects through a deep understanding of business requirements and leadership intent, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Manage project complexity, obstacles, and impediments, and drive teams to success.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Stakeholder communications
- Integration of disparate teams, including IT and the Business
- Requirements gathering and management
- Jira; Clarity, Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide effective project management by using Jira to manage workstreams and project deliverables.
- Effectively document project accomplishments and provide frequent status updates through various Microsoft products.
- The role requires excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
