Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

Job Description:

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (mandatory).
  • Resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
  • Perform user account management, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
  • Install and support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Jira.
