Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ISSO to support an assigned portion of a 32-system federal FISMA Moderate portfolio. The selected candidate will execute RMF and Continuous Monitoring activities under the direction of the Lead ISSO.

Responsibilities:

Perform ISSO responsibilities for assigned systems.
Develop and maintain authorization packages and security documentation in CSAM or an equivalent GRC platform.
Execute Continuous Monitoring activities, including vulnerability tracking, POA&M management, and control assessments.
Support internal quality reviews of ISSO deliverables.
Work with ServiceNow, CSAM, Splunk, and Qualys.
Support federal audits and FISMA IG evidence requests.
Track and support remediation of security vulnerabilities and compliance findings.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of cybersecurity/GRC experience.
Federal ISSO or equivalent hands-on RMF experience.
Working knowledge of the NIST SP 800-37 Rev. 2 RMF lifecycle.
Experience supporting FISMA Moderate or higher systems.
Experience with CSAM, Xacta, Archer, or equivalent GRC platforms.
Experience with SSP, POA&M, and Continuous Monitoring activities.
Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation tracking.

Preferred Certifications:
Security+ or equivalent; CAP or actively working toward CAP is a plus.
