Role
As Product Operations for Discovery & Curated Shopping, you will be responsible for supporting content activation on Homepage and Curated Shopping Experiences, supporting Markets partners with access, training and ongoing support with curation tools.
You will need to be dynamic, organized, collaborative, and curious as we build new experiences and improve existing products that power one of the world s largest e-commerce websites.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to understand upcoming curation capabilities and create training materials and plan to onboard Markets partners.
Support curation efforts for new and ongoing Homepage and Curated Shopping experiments.
Triage and prioritize curation issues raised by customers and market partners and coordinate resolution with engineering.
Ensure Homepage experience reflects expectations globally and drive any open issues to resolution.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of product or marketing operations or related experience. Passionate about quality products
Bachelor s Degree or a Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
Experience with data analysis and supporting platforms, including the ability to analyze large sets of unstructured data and identify key insights and trends.
Self-motivated and directed, entrepreneurial ability to innovate quickly
Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
Demonstrated experience in writing clear requirements
Experience working closely with internal partners on user research, product roadmaps, design, and development
Outstanding communication skills - verbal, written and presentation abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with customers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer concerns.
A customer-centric approach, with the ability to put the customer's needs and concerns at the forefront of decision-making.
Nice to Have Skills:
Background in product or marketing operations is a plus. Understanding of product management methodologies, process and analysis. Experience with JIRA is a plus.
