We are seeking a hands-on Riskonnect specialist to lead the configuration, build-out, and adoption of our enterprise insurance and claims management platform. This is an execution-focused role — the goal is a fully functional, sustainable Riskonnect environment when the contract ends.
• Serve as the day-to-day implementation lead for Riskonnect, owning configuration across policy, claims, and reporting modules
• Configure and validate insurance policy and exposure data, claims intake and lifecycle workflows, and leadership/finance dashboards
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate insurance processes and data requirements into structured Riskonnect workflows
• Review and reconcile existing data migration and preparation work
• Act as the primary liaison with Riskonnect consultants throughout implementation
• Develop SOPs, usage standards, and training materials; support user testing and go-live readiness
• Provide claims status visibility, exposure reporting, and renewal data support as needed to inform system design
Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of corporate insurance risk management experience
• Hands-on Riskonnect implementation experience — configuration, data loading, workflow setup, testing, or user adoption (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance programs and claims management
• Ability to translate insurance concepts into structured data models and system workflows
• Highly organized and able to operate independently in a contract environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience across Riskonnect''s policy, claims, and reporting modules
• Background in utilities, energy, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with retentions, self-insurance, or captive structures
• Prior experience owning system documentation, SOPs, or end-user training
• Exposure to Treasury or senior Finance reporting requirements
