Job Title : Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer/PolicyCenter/InsuranceNow Developer

Location : Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on InsuranceNow Developer with strong Guidewire and Java expertise to support the development of a new Cyber Insurance product. This role involves working on complex business logic, UI-heavy workflows, and core platform customization within a shared InsuranceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and customize a Cyber insurance product on Guidewire InsuranceNow
Design and implement complex rating logic and business rules using Java
Develop and enhance UI-heavy workflows with extensive data entry and validation
Extend and override Java services, handlers, and core application logic
Implement changes safely in a multi-product InsuranceNow environment
Configure and manage XML-based configurations and data structures
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
Support early-stage Claims module development as the product evolves

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow
Solid Java development experience (business logic + service customization)
Experience working with data-heavy UI workflows
Basic knowledge of HTML / JavaScript
Experience with XML configurations and data models
Basic to intermediate SQL skills (understanding relational data behavior)

Nice to Have:

Experience in insurance domain (P&C preferred)
Exposure to Claims module development
Prior experience in multi-product or shared platform environments
