Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support and coordinate enterprise-level Office 365 migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile teams and driving collaboration across infrastructure, security, and migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinate with technical teams working on Office 365 migration, Intune, endpoint security, and IAM initiatives.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of migration activities.
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams.
  • Support reporting, status updates, and project governance activities.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 1 to 2 years lead the  infrastructure or Office 365 migration projects.
  • Exposure to Intune, endpoint security, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
