Summary

Join our team as a Business/Systems Analyst, where you'll lead application support and operations, driving innovation and efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage application support and operations for a diverse portfolio, ensuring efficient ticket triage and resolution.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted operations, enhancing diagnostics and automated communications.
  • Continuously improve support operations through automation, proactive monitoring, and strong documentation practices.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure service stability and performance.
  • Uphold a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility.
Skills
  • Minimum of five years' experience in application support or technical service management, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and operational tools, including AI-enabled services.
  • Proven ability to manage AI-assisted support models, balancing automation with human oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Application Insights, and ITIL-based processes.
  • Familiarity with AI service stability and observability practices.
