We are seeking to engage with an experienced Contract Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management (WLM Consultant). This role is a contract role that can be done remotely. Some travel to LATAM. The BY WLM Consultant will provide expert-level support, implementing enhancements, and optimizing Blue Yonder applications for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Warehouse operations, excellent analytical skills, and experience working within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Provide expert support for Blue Yonder WMS and WLM.
Enhancements:
Lead system enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
Adapt Blue Yonder applications to meet evolving business requirements.
Configuration and Extension:
Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS/WLM based on operational needs.
Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards.
Data Management:
Maintain data integrity and accuracy in WMS/WLM applications.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure alignment across systems.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and SOPs.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training through clear, organized documentation.
Training and Support:
Provide training and mentorship for end-users and junior consultants.
Foster continuous improvement and enhance user proficiency.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams on implementations, upgrades, and maintenance for WMS/WLM.
Contribute to smooth operations by actively participating in project activities.

Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS and WLM applications.
Strong background in system support and enhancement roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Blue Yonder systems and warehouse operations.
