Lead IntegrationEngineer specializing in integration, middleware, and cloud technologies to join an agile, collaborative team. In this role, you will design, test, implement, and evaluate complex software solutions, providing robust programming and middleware support for critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the full development lifecycle of complex solutions within an agile framework, assessing system design feasibility and deploying clean code.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and optimization while recommending enhancements to system standards and infrastructure configurations.
- Review patches, implement complex software packages, and manage code deployments.
- Compile and maintain technical documentation, use cases, and scripts while conducting ongoing technical research.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives, daily scrums, and process improvement projects.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Middleware & Integration: Extensive experience with IBM ACE / WebSphere MQ, API-SG / MQ / MFT, messaging-based middleware, and AWS API Gateway.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on proficiency with AWS technologies (Serverless, Lambda, RDS, Storage, EC2, and migration services) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Development & Monitoring: Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, working with JSON/XML data types, and building alerts/monitoring dashboards for metrics and logs.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to security practices (IAM roles, Kerberos, Authorization, Wire encryptions) and DevSecOps tooling (CI/CD GitLab/Jenkins).
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, rigorous attention to detail for data integrity, and excellent communication abilities to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
