Compensation:
Pay Range:$160,000 Per Year

Description:
This full-time position is based in Newton, IA, requiring onsite presence during 3rd shift. 
The role involves leading and managing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the plant floor. 
Experience in manufacturing leadership and proficiency in general management technologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee manufacturing operations during the assigned shift.
Lead and develop production supervisors and team leads.
Drive key performance metrics in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate across various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
3 years of experience leading supervisors or large production teams.
Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and labor management.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
