Title: Production Manager, 2nd Shift

Employment Type: Full Time 2nd Shift, onsite 5 days/week

Compensation:
Pay Range:$160,000 Per Year

Description:
The role involves overseeing operations during the 2nd shift at a manufacturing facility in Newton, IA. 
This full-time position requires managing production teams and ensuring efficient and safe execution of production plans. 
The position emphasizes leadership in safety, quality, and productivity, using general manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift.
Coach and develop team leaders and supervisors.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics.
Manage resources including staffing, materials, and equipment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
3 years leading supervisors or large production teams.
Experience with high-volume manufacturing preferred.
Strong skills in production planning and labor management.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
