Traffic Manager

You'll partner closely with Creative Services and Client Relations to coordinate resources, manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain visibility across multiple workstreams. WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Creative Workflow Driver: Oversee day to day project workflow and act as the central communication point between Creative Services and Client Relations.
Resource & Schedule Manager: Assign projects based on skillset and capacity while balancing priorities and ensuring efficient team utilization.
Workfront Power User: Use and optimize Workfront to manage project visibility, scheduling, demand, and prioritization.
Timeline Communicator: Ensure teams are aligned on timelines, milestones, dependencies, and expectations.
Problem Spotter & Solution Finder: Identify risks early, troubleshoot roadblocks, and keep work moving forward.
Cross Brand Coordinator: Support multiple brand teams and maintain clarity across concurrent projects.
Resourcing Meeting Lead: Run weekly resourcing meetings with Creative and Project Management teams to align priorities and workload.
Workflow Partner to Client Relations: Collaborate closely with Client Relations to remove blockers and maintain smooth hand offs between departments.
Studio Operations Steward: Monitor schedules, anticipate delays, and ensure timely delivery of assets and resources.
Capacity & Forecasting Tracker: Track current and upcoming work, inform staffing needs, and provide utilization insights to leadership.
Process Champion: Maintain deep understanding of Maverick Studios processes and ensure project queues stay accurate and up-to-date.

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience: 3-5 years in a traffic coordination or project workflow role within an agency or in house creative team.
Organizational Excellence: Detail oriented, deadline driven, and adept at managing multiple concurrent projects.
Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal and cross team collaboration skills.
Problem Solving Ability: Able to anticipate issues, navigate challenges, and develop thoughtful solutions quickly.
Workflow Fluency: Strong process orientation; familiarity with project management tools - Workfront experience is a plus.
Team Player Energy: Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to help teams stay aligned and moving.
