What You'll Be Doing
Lead an integrated PMO supporting enterprise IT initiatives spanning strategy, governance, modernization, communications, and operational improvement
Manage program planning, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams
Serve as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and coordinate decisions, priorities, and actions across business and technical teams
Establish and run meeting cadences, governance forums, status reporting, and action tracking to support timely decision-making
Drive development of roadmaps, plans, briefings, reports, and other management artifacts that support program execution
Integrate Agile delivery practices into program oversight, including sprint planning support, backlog visibility, and cross-team coordination
Oversee performance tracking and reporting, including progress against milestones, delivery commitments, and operational objectives
Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance structures, and delivery controls in a fast-moving environment

What You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, public administration, or a related field
PMP certification
10+ years of program or project management experience supporting enterprise IT initiatives

5+ years leading a PMO or integrated program management function across multiple workstreams

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile program-level certification
5+ Experience supporting programs that involve cross-functional coordination among business, technical, and operational stakeholders
5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level risks, issues, schedules, dependencies, and executive reporting
5+ years of experience supporting federal agencies or similarly regulated enterprise environments
3+ years working in Agile, hybrid Agile, or SAFe delivery environments
3+ years developing or overseeing governance materials such as project plans, status reports, executive briefings, meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers
3+ years supporting CIO, PMO, governance, or enterprise transformation initiatives
Experience supporting investment reporting, portfolio reporting, or performance management functions
Experience supporting health IT, public sector modernization, or large shared services environments
