Manager - IT Finance Systems & Applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Manager, IT Finance Systems & Applications in Sioux City, IA. This position will be hybrid with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:
* Leads team projects by providing direction to team members and internal customers
* Prioritizes project work based on guidance, organizational needs, and available resources, providing regular status updates and reporting
* Collaborates with Finance to identify organizational needs and business priorities
* Translates business needs into clearly defined, well-documented requirements and project schedules aligned with strategy
* Documents application systems and procedures, including test scripts, maintenance processes, and training materials
* Ensures documentation meets department standards and supports effective handoff to testing teams
* Provides ongoing information and support to internal customers as needed
* Delivers training and knowledge transfer to team members to support system use and adoption
* Tests and debugs application systems to ensure accuracy, performance, and standards compliance
* Meets project deadlines while adhering to required response times and quality expectations
* Demonstrates strong technical skills in developing and implementing business software applications
* Maintains applications within defined timeframes using required tools and technologies
* Serves as the primary point of contact with software vendors for Finance-related systems
* Plans, coordinates, and oversees vendor installations, upgrades, support activities, and contracted resources

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of project management and application system design and development
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with proven people-management abilities including team building, mentoring, motivation, and conflict resolution
* Demonstrated strengths in time management, organization, and problem-solving
* Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to leverage information systems for improved business processes
* Proven integrity, strategic thinking, and leadership ability, including clear delegation and building strong, high-morale teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
