Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic OCM Lead to drive organizational change initiatives for complex IT transformation programs within the insurance sector. This role blends advisory leadership, transformation strategy, and delivery oversight—ideal for professionals who can shape vision, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure successful execution.
You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives and senior leaders to define transformation goals and deliver measurable business value through structured change management.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise senior stakeholders and C-suite on OCM strategy aligned with business goals across the insurance value chain.
• Lead OCM planning activities: stakeholder identification, impact analysis, change readiness assessments, and resistance management.
• Design and execute training and communication plans—from visioning and roadmap development to delivery and value realization.
• Deliver the OCM roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to co-create transformation initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and transformation outcomes to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
• Master’s degree (MBA or related field preferred)
Experience:
• 15+ years in insurance-focused OCM programs, blending advisory and delivery leadership.
• Proven success in strategic engagements across domains like underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation trends.
• Experience with 2–3+ leading global insurance carriers.
• Subject matter expertise in at least 12 insurance domains (e.g., policy admin, underwriting, billing, claims).
• Skilled in designing target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and capability assessments.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Familiarity with value tracking and benefits realization frameworks.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with insurance platforms: Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco.
• Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
• Commercial acumen with ability to link strategy to execution.
• Certifications: PMP, Prosci, SAFe (preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in multivendor environments and complex delivery ecosystems.
