Lead Integration Specialist C# / .NET (Insurance)

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Atlanta, GA)
Duration: 4 5 month contract (strong extension potential)
Level: Senior / Lead (10+ years)

We are seeking a senior, hands-on C#/.NET, Integration, Design, APIS, to support a large insurance client. This role focuses on enterprise integrations, solution design, and technical leadership, including oversight of an offshore team. The consultant will work across core insurance platforms and partner closely with business and IT stakeholders.

• Lead architecture and delivery of C#/.NET-based enterprise integrations

• Design and implement scalable API and system-to-system integrations

• Remain hands-on with development, complex integrations, and code reviews

• Provide technical leadership to an offshore delivery team

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on P&C insurance integrations

• Support integrations across Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, and CRM

• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards

• 10+ years in software development and enterprise integration

• Strong C# / .NET experience (.NET Core and/or Framework)

• Proven integration architect or technical lead experience

• Hands-on API, middleware, and system integration background

• Experience leading distributed or offshore teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills

• Insurance industry experience P&C

• Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms

• Cloud experience (Azure preferred)

• CI/CD and Agile/Scrum experience
